Apple and Samsung’s Teamwork
Apple and Samsung’s Teamwork
The complexity of making modern smartphones, including the iPhone, is often overlooked, with many consumers unaware of the teamwork and reliance on external suppliers that goes into producing them. Samsung, Apple's biggest rival, supplies most of the OLED displays for iPhones, while Qualcomm supplies the modems and Sony makes the camera sensors. While companies like Apple have developed their own chips to give their devices an edge, it's not practical for them to make every component themselves. The article also discusses SAP's sale of its 70% stake in Qualtrics to private equity firm Silver Lake for $12.4 billion, which represents a decent bump for shareholders but is not a great outcome for those who bought in at the 2018 IPO price of $30.
Navan’s Turbulent Ride Toward an IPO

However, the company's rise and market share in the travel industry have impressed Silicon Valley investors.

Benefits of telemedicine include easy access to healthcare, instant medical assistance, IoT and patient monitoring, electronic health records (EHR), better pediatric care, improved chronic care, and better mental care. As a result, the World Health Organization and various governments and health insurance companies support and promote the adoption of telemedicine services.
It Looks Like The PS5 Shortage Is Finally Over
New market data from the UK suggests that the PS5 shortage may be over, as PS5 console sales have spiked 316% in February 2023 compared to the same month in 2022, with hardware sales up 180% over the first two months of 2022. In comparison, Xbox Series X and S sales are up 21% in February compared to January and 15% compared to February 2022, while Nintendo Switch sales have declined 15% in February 2023 compared to last February. Despite the impressive console sales, accessory sales have contracted, and Sony's premium controller, the DualSense Edge, has fallen behind Microsoft's premium controllers in sales.
iPhone 15 Rumors Suggest Major Feature Differences From iPhone 14 Pro
According to a leak, the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus will likely not have the ProMotion technology and always-on display features of the iPhone 14 Pro. However, the iPhone 15 Pro, Pro Max, and Ultra will have more high-end features, such as an A17 Bionic chip, a titanium frame, and a periscope camera.
