Recently, there’s been a lot of rave about AI writing tools, particularly ChatGPT, but sometimes the site is down, and the connection is unstable. In such cases, you need to have another tool ready to use, which is where Writesonic comes in.
You may or may not have heard about it, but Writesonic is an AI writing and image-generation tool used to create content 10 times faster. It analyzes writing and makes suggestions for improvement, helping writers improve their writing skills by providing feedback on grammar, style, and readability using artificial intelligence. The tool claims to be fast, accurate, and easy to use.
To be completely sure about this, we decided to test it ourselves.
Using Writesonic: First Impressions
The first thing we noticed was the user interface. Asides from its attractive purple theme, the layout looks very simple. Everything is well laid out, so it’s easy to find any information you want. The second thing that caught our attention is that it has a free plan which is a relief, really. This means you can test it out without spending your money, and if it’s not something you like, you can switch to another software guilt-free. There’s also a detailed sample showing what kind of topic suggestions the software can give you and a sample article answering one of those questions. Looking at it, it seems pretty cool, so we decided to test it out.
If you scroll down further, you’ll see more detailed information about the software, so feel free to check it out.
In total, Writesonic has 60+ features that have been grouped into 6:
Articles and Blogs
E-commerce Product Descriptions
Ads and Marketing Tools
The tools in each section can be used for a range of things, including general article generation to Amazon product descriptions, Facebook/Google/LinkedIn/YouTube ads, landing pages, SEO meta tags, paraphrasing, emailing, and keyword extraction.
Apart from these tools, there are 2 more tools:
Similar to ChatGPT, Chatsonic is a conversational AI chatbot designed by Open AI to overcome all of ChatGPT's drawbacks. The company went as far as including a detailed comparison of the two AI software, and from the looks of it, Chatsonic does seem better. You can generate AI art, write factual content, and source citations for this content.
Photosonic is primarily an AI image generator that can be used to create images of scenes, characters, objects, animals, and anything else you can think of that may all be created and customized with different features. It can be used for various things, including coming up with ideas for creative gigs, visualizing your thoughts, exploring various scenarios/concepts, or just having fun with the AI.
Additionally, you may use Photosonic to edit or improve already-existing photographs by applying filters or text comments. And the best part is you don’t need to worry about copyright issues. This entitles you to freely copy, present, perform, distribute, and turn those photos into other works without paying a fee or giving proper credit.
Writesonic has 3 pricing plans that differ depending on the quality of words you want.
We Tested It Out!
The Sign-Up process was simple and took less than 30 seconds. You also have the option to choose the quality of words you want to use.
We tried out the premium quality and used the TikTok Video Scripts tool. The tool took a few seconds to open. This window came up.
It brought out these 3 responses.
The scripts were really short but straight to the point.
Next, we also tried out the AI Article Writer 4.0 tool using Premium words. The whole process was simple and seamless. First, you tell it the topic you want to write on and, of course, the language you want it in. Then it brings out a bunch of keywords with the rankings shown beside them. After that, you select the keywords you want, and it uses your selection to create possible topics. Choose the one you like best, and it’ll generate 3 possible outlines. Select the one you want and generate your article. As simple as ABC.
If we were to rate Writesonic, we’d give it 4 stars out of 5. It is th perfect tool to assist writers and business owners with creating content. While it may not give you exactly what you want, it will definitely ease the stress of thinking of an outline for your articles, and we’re sure every writer will relate to this. Overall, Writesonic seems to be a valuable tool for writers looking to improve their writing skills. However, as with any writing tool, it is important to keep in mind that the suggestions made by Writesonic are not always correct and should be used as a guide rather than as a definitive solution.
